Sexual health

Good sexual health is about being confident and in control, and keeping ourselves and our partners safe. It’s about finding suitable contraception, avoiding getting a sexually transmitted disease (STI), and managing menopause.

If you’ve a question concerning sex, sexual health or contraception, find out more at NHS Choices.

If you think something’s wrong, using NHS Choices will help you work out whether to visit your GP or a sexual health clinic.
