Formal award of community health services contract announced

Date: 13 Oct 2015

Category: Health Services

North Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are delighted to announce the formal contract award for community health services to North Somerset Community Partnership (NSCP).

The formal award follows the voluntary ten day standstill period, announced on 1 October 2015, during which no issues or challenges were received from unsuccessful bidders.

Delivery of the new model of care for community health services in North Somerset will commence on 1 April 2016 and will run for a period of five years.

The decision was taken in partnership with NHS England and North Somerset Council and follows a robust and comprehensive re-procurement process.
