Our approach to public involvement
We’re committed to engaging local people, patients and carers during each stage of the commissioning cycle, from assessing the needs of the population to monitoring and evaluating healthcare services.
Your feedback helps us to plan, shape and improve pathways of care. It can offer valuable insight into what health services are needed, and where.
That’s why public engagement and involvement is central to what we do, and why we want to give everyone the chance to get involved.
Our public engagement and involvement strategy
To help us achieve our objectives, we’ve prepared a strategy with the help of the local community called Voices for Healthcare.
